We also hold monthly Lunch & Learn sessions, where team members share insights about their roles or even personal hobbies. Regular all-staff meetings provide opportunities to hear directly from leadership, get updates on initiatives and projects, and ask questions. As part of our commitment to continuous improvement, we conduct an annual employee engagement survey to gather feedback on what’s working well and where we can grow. It’s all part of our commitment to fostering teamwork, growth, and a sense of community.
